Generally speaking, as CloudPBX licences are hosted in the Cloud (carrier grade data centre infrastructure, Faults with services are extremely rare. The Fault condition is more than likely related to the customers on premises equipment such as router or internet connection. The fault could also relate to the underlying infrastructure delivering the internet connection to the customer premises.

For Network related faults if they occur, restoration is best efforts.
Please note CloudPBX extensions can be setup for auto failover to a PSTN line or Mobile Number if registration is not detected from the End User device.
